What happens if none of my order arrives?

If none of your order has arrived within 28 (working) days from the date it was shipped, we will investigate the issue thoroughly and promptly. This investigation usually takes about 48 hours. If it appears that the order has been lost due to a postal loss or customs detention, we will re-ship your order free of charge. Please note that only a small percentage of orders is lost. However, if you receive both orders - the original and the reshipped one, please let us know. We always try to resolve any issues in a fair and reasonable manner, to our customers' best.

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on the first working day following reception (Sundays and public holidays) and shipped on the second day.
